Available Exercise Programs

All our exercise programs come with demonstration videos, illustrations of which muscles are being worked, warm-up and cool down cues, as well as stretching exercises.

New Beginnings

This exercise program is a great place to start if you haven’t exercised for a while

Requires your body weight and light (2.2 kg) resistance band to complete some of the exercises in the program

The exercise program can be done pretty much anywhere

The exercise program keeps you healthy, strong & flexible

Contains 30-minute workout sessions

Includes warm-up, cool down and stretches

Body Weight

This exercise program uses your body weight only

No need to purchase bulky and expensive exercise equipment

The exercises in the program can be done at home, while travelling, in the park, pretty much any place and at any time you’d like

This exercise program keeps you healthy, strong & flexible to maintain a healthy living

Contains 30-minute workout sessions

Includes warm-up, cool down and stretches

Dumbbell Program

This exercise program can be used at the gym or at home

Requires a pair of adjustable dumbbells (at least 3 different plate weights eg. 0.5 kg, 1.25 kg and 2.5 kg)

Adjustable plates allow you to increase your strength over a prolonged period, stimulating your body for greater muscle tone

The exercise program keeps you healthy, strong & flexible to maintain a healthy living

Contains 30-minute workout sessions

Includes warm-up, cool down and stretches
